When you place an order, we need to share your personal information with our distribution partners in order for them to deliver your order to you. When dispatching your order we share the following with our courier:

Although we commonly use UK Mail (UK Mail Group LTD, 120 Buckingham Avenue, Slough, SL1 4LZ), we may sometimes use a different partner dependent on the recipient country.

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

How long we retain your data?

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have previously ordered as a guest, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
